I'm Elizabeth Wheeler, a certified yoga instructor dedicated to helping students reconcile the challenges of daily yoga practice and their “so much to do” lifestyles. Through yoga, you can form a new and healthier relationship with your mind and body, creating a practice that is uniquely yours. My classes and workshops encourage students to evolve an authentic, personalized practice that helps create a heartfelt expression of self-care and kindness. In short, you learn to love yourself, and you learn to practice in a way that feeds your soul as well as your mind and body.
I have been involved in athletics and dance since I was a young person but became intensely interested in yoga after attending my first class, a sort of "homecoming." I am a certified OM Yoga Instructor, registered with the Yoga Alliance, LifeForce Yoga Practitioner, and hold a BA in Physical Education. A daily yoga practice will bring your physical body and your emotional body into balance, restoring a sense of well-being and energy.
